Cookie Monster anyone? This little guy caught my eye, so for Christmas I bought this toy for Chaia. As annoying as he may seem he's quite cute and fun to play with. Problem...when cookie monster stops working he requires eight AA batteries. Moral dilemma...for environmental reasons I can't bring myself to keep throwing away batteries or continue consuming more batteries to power him. Does anyone know of a facility that allows you to recycle batteries?

Why don't you just buy re-chargable batteries? That way you don't have to recycle or waste the 8 AA batteries! They have them at Costco!
